🏡 House Rules No Parties or Events This home is intended for registered guests only. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10pm–8am to respect our neighbors. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Day visitors are allowed with prior approval. No Pets For health and allergy reasons, pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a deep clean fee. No Smoking or Vaping Indoors Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home. Please use outdoor areas only and dispose of waste properly. A cleaning fee applies for violations. Sand & Beach Gear Please shake off sand outdoors before showering. Do not place sandy items in the washer or dryer—use the outdoor hose first. Grill & Fire Safety If using the grill, keep it at least 10 feet from the house and clean it after each use. No grilling on decks unless otherwise noted. Trash & Wildlife All trash must be bagged before placing it in the bins. Follow posted instructions for trash days and bin placement to avoid wildlife issues. Check In / Check Out Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. Please follow the check out instructions provided in the guidebook to help our cleaning team prepare for the next guests. Early check in or late check out requires prior approval. Report Issues Promptly If anything is not right, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address it quickly and ensure a great stay. General Care • Do not move indoor furniture outdoors. • Use makeup towels for cosmetics. • Only flush toilet paper—no wipes or feminine products. • Do not tamper with exterior cameras or smart home devices. 🌊 Pool & Outdoor Safety No Glass in the Pool Area For everyone’s safety, glass is strictly prohibited in or around the pool area. Broken glass on a pool deck is extremely dangerous and requires a full shutdown for professional cleaning. Please use the provided plastic or metal drinkware outdoors. Supervision Required Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or outdoor areas. Safety is our top priority. No Running or Rough Play Pool decks can be slippery. Please avoid running, diving, or roughhousing to prevent injuries. No Tampering with Pool Equipment Please do not adjust pool equipment, heaters, or controls. If something seems off, let us know and we’ll handle it. Outdoor Noise Awareness Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying the pool area, especially during quiet hours (10pm–8am).

• Owners’ closets are locked and not accessible to guests. • No pets are permitted due to severe household allergies. • This is a smoke free property • Elevator is available for guest use and serves all floors; please supervise children when operating it. • Private saltwater pool is professionally maintained and heating is available for an additional charge. • Beach gear (chairs, cart, toys) is provided as a courtesy and may vary with normal wear. • Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home for safety and do not face private areas. • Primary guest must be 25+ and present for the duration of the stay. • Check‑in is 4pm and checkout is 10am to allow our cleaning team the time needed to prepare the home for our next guests. • This is a family‑friendly neighborhood; quiet hours and local ordinances must be respected. • A brief renters agreement needs to be signed before finalizing.
